Applying for a Temporary Residence Permit (Karta Pobytu) in Poland can be a daunting process, but understanding the steps makes it significantly easier.
Who can apply?
Foreigners who plan to stay in Poland for more than 3 months can apply based on work, study, or family ties. As a driver employed by SRL Group, your application is based on employment.
Required Documents
- Completed application forms
- Valid passport
- Proof of health insurance
- Proof of stable income (Employment contract)
- Proof of accommodation (Lease agreement)
The Process
You must submit your application to the Voivodeship Office (Urząd Wojewódzki). The waiting time varies, but during this period, your stay in Poland is entirely legal as long as your application was submitted on time and without defects.
Our dedicated legal team at SRL Group provides full support during this process, including document translation and communication with the authorities.
